Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected bracelets.
  2. Return eligibility and duration are mentioned on the product page and may be changed without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product received
  1. Once the returned bracelet is picked up and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • The bracelet must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, box, tags, and invoices must be intact.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized bracelets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Minor variations in color, polish, or design due to lighting or craftsmanship are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
